The import of the KNX addresses from the ETS and the first telegrams on the KNX bus are shown as well. In the help: Standard controller · Introduction · KNX ODBC import
  2. VPN online connection Web (3 minutes)
How the controller is connected to the VPN service and how the serial number is linked with an email address and a password in the browser. After that the installation can be reached on the move, without releasing anything on the router. In the help: VPN link web
  3. VPN online connection Studio (3 minutes)
The same way, but directly from the Studio through the menu Controller - VPN link. The email address does not have to be confirmed here, but a login is required. In the help: VPN link Studio
  4. Introduction to the uniPRO Studio (30 minutes)
The detailed tour through the Studio: layout of the interface, working with function blocks and control elements, diagnostics and the help system. If you watch only one video, watch this one. In the help: Introduction · Program Editor · Visualization Editor
  5. Visualization / Navigation (17 minutes)
An attractive visualization made of Block control elements in a few steps. Shown are the layout of the pages and the navigation, the use of graphics as well as switching the appearance through styles. In the help: Visualization Editor · Styles · Images
  6. Overlaying control elements (3 minutes)
Overlaying control elements sounds simple, but there are a few things to keep in mind - the order, the transparency and which element receives the clicks. This short video clears the stumbling blocks out of the way. In the help: General parameters
  7. Hidden work area (4 minutes)
The hidden work area is the space outside the visible page. Control elements that are meant to calculate or switch without appearing on the page can be placed there. The video shows several uses for it. In the help: General parameters
  8. Introduction to logic programming (18 minutes)
The basics of the program editor: creating pages, inserting function blocks, connecting inputs and outputs and following the result in operating mode. In the help: Program Editor · Presentation logic editor
  9. Presence and presence simulation (14 minutes)
How the presence concept is built up and how it is set up in the project. Shown are the three states present, absent and vacation, the switching times for them and the presence simulation for the holiday period. In the help: Presence · Control element Presence
  10. Address window (17 minutes)
Handling the address window: creating main, middle and subgroups, assigning data types, searching and linking addresses. The overview in larger projects stands and falls with this. In the help: Addresses
  11. Persistent data (6 minutes)
How values survive a restart of the controller, when they are written and why the persistent range is only suitable for values that change rarely. In the help: Persistent addresses
  12. Linking addresses automatically and tips (11 minutes)
Tips that save a lot of time when linking. The focus is on automatic linking: drag one address, the others follow from the configured offsets. In the help: Linking automatically
  13. Control elements default parameters (2 minutes)
How the settings of a control element are stored as a default, so that every new element of the same type looks right straight away. In the help: General parameters
  14. Style (10 minutes)
Switching the appearance at runtime and how own styles come about - from the template to colours, graphics and page backgrounds. In the help: Styles · Control element Block Style
  15. Alexa (7 minutes)
The connection to Alexa: a light with a switching and a value address is integrated and then switched and dimmed by voice command. In the help: Function block Alexa
  16. User management (11 minutes)
Using a house with two apartments as an example it is shown how the project is set up so that each user only sees the pages of their own apartment after logging in. In the help: User administration · Control element Block user control
  17. Code switch and Code switch KNX (8 minutes)
Two kinds of code switches: the code switch in the APP and the KNX code switch, with which an ordinary KNX push button can be used as a full code keypad. In the help: Block code switch · Block code switch KNX
  18. Custom popup dialogs (14 minutes)
Building your own popup dialogs: a page is opened as a dialog on top of the running visualization. This is how detail views and setting windows come about that fit the project exactly. In the help: Control element user dialog
  19. Statistics (12 minutes)
Recording and evaluating measured values: setting up recordings, choosing periods and compression and displaying the values as a chart in the visualization. In the help: Statistics · Control element Block statistics

Programming KNX devices remotely with the ETS. The TCP tunnel is shown as well, with which any device in the network of the controller can be reached, for instance the web interface of an inverter. In the help: Remote access
  21. System addresses (8 minutes)
How system functions of the controller can be connected to addresses - for instance releasing remote maintenance with a KNX push button or showing the state of the VPN connection in the visualization. In the help: System addresses
  22. Creating multilingual visualizations (5 minutes)
From a single language visualization to a multilingual one: adding languages, writing the texts out as a CSV file, translating and reading them back in. Switching happens during operation. In the help: Language
