Data protection and external servicesThe controller works locally by design. All functions of the installation run without a connection to the internet. Individual function blocks and functions can, however, use external third-party services on request. This page shows which ones they are and what leaves the installation.
The installation can be operated without the services named here. An external service is only used if the associated function block or function is set up and activated in the project. If an external service fails, only the respective additional function is unavailable.
The provider of an external service is responsible for its availability, cost, data protection and terms of use. Access data, accounts and keys of the service are created by the operator of the installation. Please note the terms of the respective provider. See also Legal Notice.

| Push message Pushover | Pushover | Message texts are sent to the Pushover APP via the service. An account with the provider is required. |
| Push message NTFY | NTFY | Message texts are sent to the NTFY APP via the service. The serial number of the controller is used as the topic. |
| Push message uni-PRO APP | Push service of the operating systems for the uni-PRO APP | The message is delivered via the push service to the devices that have logged in to the controller. No third-party account is required. |
| Mail sending | Mail server of your mail provider | Mails are sent via the configured mail server. The controller must be able to access the internet for this. |
| IFTTT Webhooks | IFTTT | An event is triggered at the IFTTT service, which can switch services and devices of other manufacturers. |
| Home Connect / BSH | Home Connect Cloud | The household appliances are connected exclusively via the manufacturer's cloud. Without an internet connection there is no function. |

Other function blocks communicate with devices (e.g. wallboxes, storage, alarm systems) exclusively in the local network. They do not need an internet connection. The respective block page states whether a cloud service is involved.
